Search Detective - Reverse Phone Lookup

When doing a reverse cell phone search through a website, how can u determind the authenticity of the company?

I dont mind paying to do a reverse cell phone search online.

However, I DO mind giving out my credit card information to just any random site.

Is there any way to tell if the company is trustworthy?

Does anybody know of a company that will let you pay for the service through other methods: paypal, money order, etc??

   Skype is free and easy and everything it perfect for any thing to do with internet phone.
